This is great. I like the smoke like texture you have on the bottom. A great nod to the industrial aspect of this era. The front is real nice. I don't think I've ever seen those images either, or at least I can't recall. Good job with the back composition, just wish you used a different typeface for the summary text.
PS: I don't think the dark stroke is necessary for the logo. It kind of subtracts. I'd consider removing it or choosing something lighter and decreasing the size of it.
