Hey heres a quick one i made last night and finished up this morning, im not sure about he back i think its a little too empty but i couldnt think of anything else to do to it so here you go, as always any feedback is appreciated.

This is really fucking cool. My only (minor) nitpick is that you should change the pink of the Vice City text on the back, to match the pink of the "welcome back to" text. Or vice versa.

Nice... apart from the use of artwork from Vice City Stories, lol but it's still cool.

I really like how this looks. My only nitpick is the "Welcome Back To" on the back, which looks a bit funky because of the spacing. It also seems like an odd color choice. Just my two-cents. I absolutely love the front.
