BONJOUR TOUT LE MONDE!
I wanted to do something different. I got an interest on the idea of making a box art in a different language. So I decided to do this one in french because 1. I like this language, maybe I'll take french classes later in this year 2. I believe there are some boxes on the site on french, making me also believe there are artists and visitors from France or places where french is spoken. It has been a while since my last PAL box art, too.
I also wanted to do not only the box art, but a slipcase too, like those "special editions" where the DVD comes inside one of those.
I took everything from various resources: The Legend of Heroes Wikia; GameFaqs, NeoSeeker, Sora no Kiseki (the game's japanese name)'s official website; Trails in the Sky's official website (regarding only the PC version if I recall correctly); VGBA's Resources page; Google image search.
Oh and the game is pretty cool. It's also available for PC. If you know japanese, you can play this on PS3 since it got a remastered version from PSP to PS3. And this year, Falcom (the game's developer) announced a remake for the PS Vita called "Sora no Kiseki Evolution" (Trails in the Sky Evolution) and this game's sequel (Second Chapter) will probably be localized this year, according to GameFaqs (it says "TBA 2015" on release date).
This game has an anime adaptation: link

Looks cool as a whole, but but close, I'm really not sure about whatever effect you've applied to the art on the slipcases...

I used a filter called "Stamp" on Photoshop. Originally I was going to redo the artworks as line art but them I used this filter and I said "good enough for me".
