I really like the whole old aesthetics the cover has. But, shouldn't it be "Etcetera Etc."? Because I read "Ecetera Ec." on the front. Anyways, cool job. :)

It's actually an ampersand symbol that's used in place of "et." The symbol was a ligature of the latin word "et," which stood for "and." The band wanted to merge the symbol into their logo.
You can see on the end of the serif of the E that there is a line that makes up the t.
