Sadly, I have to agree on this too.
The whole thing is a mix of different art styles that really don't mesh together properly.
Also, I found that the drop shadow on the text is way too visible.
And also, this is a minor nitpick, mind you, but the tagline should be "Explore the Columbia".
Overall, it's not bad, but it does lack a structure that makes it pleasant to the eye. Sorry if I seem too mean with this, it really isn't my intention. :/

Your boxes would look much better if you would work with a higher resolution or higher DPI settings. They always look blurred. Also, mix up the presentation. Grey is boring.

@iman pro and at what DPI settings do you work? 72? You should try to work with 300 ;) Would look much better.
You always try to work with a lot of colors. I'd suggest you to work with contrast and saturation a bit more.
Also, take a look at this, I think it makes your box stand out a lot more:

The front is good, and I think the back is a big improvement on your usual style. The type on the back is much more suited to the game and I like the arrangement. Good work

Oh I just noticed; the PEGI 18 sign is on the wrong side, and it's covered up which makes this game look like an 8...
