Wow, I can pretty much feel the softness of the yarn in this box! It looks great, however I think there are some improvements you could make.
First, the Nintendo logo in the bottom of the front is a little big I think. Also, what is the Meta Knight render on the template? It goes out of the cover and onto the plastic, and I just don't think it should be there at all.
On the back, there is more negative space above the tagline than below the screenshots, so maybe moving everything up would even that out a bit. The text looks a little weird to me too, so maybe some tinkering with it wouldn't hurt.
I like this a lot, just maybe a couple things to consider.
