It's not a bad first box, I like the comic book style but it's not very appropriate for the movie adaption, the style probably would've been better suited for Ultimate Spider-Man II or something.
Also don't have the logo transparent, it'd be way more professional vice versa and try and add some nice layer effects like bevel and emboss to the logo if you're keeping it that way also cut out the block of white in between the two parts of the 12+ logo which you don't need to credit me for.
