I started working on this around the same time with Cave Story, but didn't progress much with it. Just had slapped some images on there and such. Since then, it's been greatly modified thanks to Daemon suggesting to me to change the cover and now you have this. Also, thank you Daemon for helping me out with this—I really enjoyed our back and forth. :)
Anyway, this is the same template I used for Cave Story. Images were found via google.

@BlonD1E Well, the issue is the actual box dimensions are somewhat custom. so it may not work for your average PC box. I may have the printable, but the doesn't mean it'll fit right onto the case.

Wow, awesome cover! I started playing the game recently and was looking for some art to use as wallpaper when I came across this. I know it's kind of late (I feel like a gravedigger) but I'd like that template as well (if possible), could you send it to me please? :)
