So I decided to might as well upload this even though Im not all that happy about it, but come on....there are like 2 images that you can use and making a box that wont look like the rest of them is tough. Also put it on a PS3 because there are no good PS4 templates just yet. Anyways here you guys go, hopefully you all like it more than me.

I like your choice of colors and fonts to go with this. The lines running through them are a little odd though, but I can see why you had them in there. And you should try positioning the block of text in the back at a slightly less angle. Just a wee bit less. Overall, really excellent!
