It is really basic, but not bad, put Michael behind the logo and add a background for the front, maybe add some age ratings and the rockstar logo, for the back you should add another background get some screen shots and maybe a description from previos GTA's if you still have empty space put some legal text in it, I like what you have done with the logo, atm its fine but still very basic.
