I'm tempted to like this box, but there are flaws with it in my opinion. If you want to improve your box, then try muting the colours a bit. It's really quite unnecessarily bright at the moment in my opinion and I think that the borders are really distracting at the moment. Perhaps also make the box surrounding the logo part of the border itself so it's red as well. I don't particularly see why you need the logo on the front twice, I'd remove the smaller of the two. For the back, I don't see how you could have possibly missed that you spelled "Lightning" wrong if you weren't just being careless. The text in my opinion is too close to the edges of the box, so perhaps move it all inwards (towards the right), maybe changing the font to something plainer and clearer (perhaps a sans-serif font?). I would change the limit of the text to not go over the render on the back.
As another suggestion, change the template section you are using on the back for the legal information, because it's really low quality.
I'd like to stress this are heavily suggested ideas, but really it's your box so feel free to do what you want. The box isn't bad, but not particularly good at the moment, hopefully these suggestions may change that.
