My first cover. I'll add a printable if there's demand, but for now. Yeah.

It's a good first, it just looks a bit unfinished.

How so?
Some of what you might have in mind may have been intentional on my part.

The front, I am content with, except the fact that it has no developer logos on it. The back is way too plain. Even if you were trying to go for simplicity, it still doesn't work. I suggest making an unofficial back to flow with the front. Keep working.

I get the feeling you were going for a minimalism approach but right now it looks kind of unfinished. Minimalism uses pictures to portray an idea but right now I really can't tell what this is about.
I'm not saying your box looks bad, I'm just saying it could work a lot better as a normal type of box. Just throw in the legal info, a tagline, and a description on the back and you're set.

Here's an example of some minimalism:

It works out because the idea is that Ryu returns after a long time. The front portrays that feeling because it looks like Ryu is waiting for something and is about to get up on his feet. The back of the box shows that the game is about fighting.
No offence, but I really can't tell much from your box.

This isn't a bad first. I would recommend posting covers like this on the forums under the WiP section.

As Chronicles said, the box looks very unfinished. The template is hard to read, and just plain ugly. You should have kept the original template's design. As for the box itself, the front is too bad, actually. The logo could use some work, maybe shrink it a little. Also it's missing developer logos. The back on the other hand is terrible, it's just a plain wallpaper, and a blurry one at that. This was the part that makes the box look unfinished. You should add some text, like a synopsis, or add some screenshots and legal info. And lastly, the spine. There's not much to critique here, other than the logo is impossible to read.

Like I said before, this isn't a bad first, I've seen much worse. But I would go with the criticism I gave you when it comes to making future boxes.
