Definitely more eye catching, than your previous box, I'd say ;) I really like the metal/cracks textures you've used on the background, the fitting color scheme (red and metallic work great together) also the screenshot borders are very clever and makes the back connect excellent with the front and vice versa.
b.t.w. May I ask why you never fill in the reason of the ESRB rating on the back? I don't know, but it kinda bugs me somehow (as it looks quite official and such a minor thing could easily be added, to make it look more complete)
