I wanted to make something like that for a while now, but never got around to it until now. Jazz Jackrabbit is an extremely underrated franchise so I took some free time to make this for it. I followed some tips in the W.I.P. thread and I feel pleased with the final art it came to be.

Nice box. Sweet old memories. Just one thing:
Unreal Engines was never used for these games. Not even for JJ3. ;)

Really? As I read on Jazz2online, Jackrabbit 3 alpha version was made using the Unreal Engine

Nice colors! Front seems a bit plain in the background, but it feels retro. The back is just perfect,
I really like the layout. b.t.w. The turtle on the back, reminds me of Bentley (without the wheelchair) from the Sly Cooper series.

I never played the Sly Cooper series, but I'll check that out

Pretty nice and simple but the background (the one behind the checkered floor) is quite boring. Maybe a starburst would be more interesting?

I tried to put a background from any franchise-related material, but I can't find any interesting or one that would "fit" in there, so I switched with a "custom background" using brushes and textures, but TRUST ME, it got worse! So I though "screw this, leave the background plain 'cause it's better than put something else and make it look awful"

Wow, the colors are great.

Not too shaby. Color are nice but the background is too simple. I would like to see some more detail in the design.

I understood... next time I'll try to put more details in the background like a pattern, brushes or something like that
