I took inspiration from the box, but not to completely steal the idea. I remember seeing that box and thinking it would work in this situation.

@Emanresu it would be fine, but this goes far enough to where it seems like you are stealing the idea. its executed very poorly. even humor boxes should have as much effort put into them as real boxes.

I clicked this picture because I spotted Gex. But I agree with the others, you could have done better with this. The way you did it looks like that you stole the idea. At least say that you were inspired by the box first.

Relax guys. I wouldn't call this stealing. It's a similar idea applied to a dfiferent game series ... and it makes a lot more sense today because this game is actually coming out. This is not stealing in any way.
The execution could be better, though. The fact that it's a humor box doesn't give you the excuse to make it bad quality.

Lighten up, its a funny box. Its badly made, but it works since it looks like Sony just pasted everything on which is the main idea behind the joke.
