Been a while, guys!
As most of you know, I've been really busy lately and unable to make a boxart for a long time. While I was gone, I did think of ideas every now and then, but nothing good enough. I don't like submitting a box unless I'm in love with it myself.
Things to note:
- This is custom art. I used an official Samus action figure as reference for my main image and various helmet images as reference for the back image.
- I wanted to do a different take on Metroid: Other M. Most are very spacey and generic. I wanted to be unique while still capturing the feel of the game. Since it is very story-oriented and filled with flashbacks, I thought these colors would work well.
- I don't really like making offical-looking boxes anymore. Something about all the labels and stuff limits my creativity. You'll probably see even more of these creative boxes from me. I'm sorry if you're not a fan of them :P
- A big thanks to the people in the critiques forum for helping me out. :)

Looks amazing, but IMO it looks kind of unfinished. I get that its supposed to be minimalistic but I just dont feel like you pulled it off as well as you could have.

as others mentioned her neck kinda looks akward (it's not really in the middle compared to her chest) but since you drew it all by yourself which shows the amount of effort you've put in making this box, it's really not a big deal. it still looks very nice and clean, great job.

I'd like to point out that I didn't exactly draw it all myself. I used an action figure as reference to create my own custom art. Haha and her neck was like that too, which is a bit strange ..
