I love this, but Sam's left hand side is a little bit empty looking on the back. Maybe you could move the text into that area just to fill it.

@BacKin5Minutes I think he means that the top-right area on the back needs some thing there. Maybe move Sam to the right.

Nice template, it looks so much better than the green case imo.
The layout on the back is looks proffessional and well organized.
I'd suggest filling the space with something else rather than just the logo, maybe darken the empty space with a gradient, so it's less noticable. (or you could make up a small tagline in that section)
I also would have made the Third Echelon logo on the front, only visible on the left side behind the logo and characthers, so it connects all the characters into one circle, instead of only Sam and the guard that's being choked (or is the logo part of the upper image?)
