Um, this is... er... not very good. It looks like you're using Paint, too. I mean, it's not impossible to create good boxes in Paint, but it's hella hard. To begin with, you'll need an image editor that's actually decent. GIMP and Paint.NET are good and free, so maybe you'd like to check out those?
