Suggestions:
1. Change the spine logo to the official logo, like said before.
2. Ubisoft and Microsoft are two separate publishers. There should only be the Ubisoft logo, and place that on the far right.
3. I know there's no official name of the game, but I just don't like the name "Naruto 360", but I know it's all you can work with. If you can, try finding the Naruto font and try and make your own logo.
4. Try finding more Naruto pictures, instead of using the same picture twice.
