On Photoshop or whatever, use a white colour brush with a 60 percent 'opacity' and draw on the face layer underneath writing with a brush called soft brush by making 'hardness' O, its adds a quick glow to make things stand out but I think the logos should be bigger and brighter anyway.

Use a small white brush with an opacity of 65% on the face layer to make the logos not non-visible.
