The idea is cool, but the supposed emotion isn't all there. Seems more like you used text and the concept of war as an excuse for "fear", instead of it feeling like a genuine part of the design. I'm not feeling that emotion at all when looking at this.

Now, as a design outside the limitations of the competition, this isn't bad. I like that you're trying something different with Modern Warfare 3. The style is radically different, yet the combative nature of the game is still present. It's subtle, and pretty well done. I'd only take issue with the image quality and resolution, making the text practically unreadable.
