My fourth box, to make up for my crappy last box. The pictures of Arthur, both pictures of Firebrand, the GameBoy Color, esrb logos, screenshot, fire, Gargoyle's Quest logo, DX logo, and Capcom logos were all found on various sites around the web. The Firebrand picture on the box was cut by me, and is meant to have a white outline to make him stand out more. There's no logo on the box because: a) I wanted a Collector's Edition kind of feel and b) there wasn't a good place for the logo and Firebrand looked like crap when resized. I'm pretty sure the box and cartridge templates are made by Roza. Enjoy.

Looking nice. Though I would try in the future to always make sure your box cover is the highlight of your art. Right now it doesn't seem like the most important thing.

#2, Thanks. I'll update at some point later with more focus on the boxart itself, though I might get rid of the GameBoy. I can't stand that black outline.

Updated. Taking stevencho's advice, I added more emphasis on the box itself. I also took out the GameBoy Color because it wasn't really necessary and the outline around it was killing me.

Alright as I've seen from your other boxes, you seem to only use MSPaint, but I'm not going to rag on you about that as I still use it myself.

I just want to say that if you have no other editing software at your disposal that you should try to find some higher resolution images, it will make things look a lot clearer when your project is finished. And even when reducing image size to fit into a smaller area, distortion is more often than not minimal (Depending on exactly how small you're going for distortion will vary.)

Although finding certain images can also be a hassle, and can end up with you only having a few small and sometimes already distorted images to work with.

So, circumstances and software aside, I commend you on putting forth some effort as well as implementing critique into your box.
And kudos on having the only Gargoyle's Quest box on here, I've only played Demon's Crest myself. ^^

#5, Thanks for the critique. I've been messing around with IMANDIX and Paint.net lately, so I'll use them when I get the hang of them. And the Gargoyle's Quest trilogy are some of the best old-school games ever. It's a shame it hasn't been revisited by Capcom.
