The last entry in my "25th anniversary" series that ended up going way beyond the actual anniversary itself. Again, while not 100% original, was achieved using the same methods as Fusion and Prime. Obviously I don't feel I topped Prime, but I feel more satisfied with the result than I did with Fusion.
Thanks to SP24 for advice on the design, as well as Silent Oblivion(?) for the 3DS template. Comments are appreciated, obviously.
#2, Yeah, I had to downscale the image to meet the size requirements, and the 3D loo also affects the overall image quality. You'll have an easier time reading it on the printable. Check my original post, as the printable function on the site isn't working.
#5: Yeah, I'm taking a break from Metroid designs for a while. I have a few other ideas I'd like to work on anyway. Thanks for the honest feedback and compliment.
I really think that you did an excellent job making this box although I agree the text is a bit hard to read. I'm glad the scanlines are not completely overbearing.
#8/10: Thanks, I think. The artwork took priority over the layout, but I suppose that's no excuse. I did, however, want to keep the back layout (screenshots, text) basic like that of an SNES box.
#9: Thanks?
#11: It's appreciated, LJ, thanks. I believe the text is legible in the printable, if you haven't looked already in my original post. The size was too large for the site's own printable function.
Beautiful done. The detail is excellent! Every your boxes are top of using lighting. And I'm like the layout too.
Some small things, the "For more info..." text too small, I don't think it is readable when you print it. The logo is a bit simple for a box like this, It should be more thicker.
#21: These past three Metroid covers have been highly enjoyable to make, most notably with Prime. I'd love to take another stab at Other M, and I might try using the same techniques to pull it off. For now though, I'm going to focus my attention on some other ideas.

Well done my friend. Well done.

Honestly, your Metroid boxes are getting kinda repetitive. The front always has the same layout, but maybe that's just me.
However, your design is still excellent and so is your execution. Amazing job, as usual.

I've taken Aelixus' suggestion and updated the logo, I think it looks better now. I'll post a link to the updated high-res printable later. Thoughts?

#18: That means a good deal coming from someone of your skill in the custom artwork department. Thanks.

Liking the new logo. And I mean it, the art you've been doing for these Metroid boxes is incredible.
