Basically all you did was paste every single Mario Party/Mariokart boxart you could find there, then connect them with a line, add a logo, ESRB, and put the Nintendo 3DS logo there. Everything is blurry, no background either! If you improve what I said above, maybe your rate will get higher than the 1/5 it is right now.

Yeah, this is messy. Maybe use a real 3DS template, use text instead of a brush, and all of the things Jankip said to do and you might get at least a 2/10 in my book.
