The logos are a bit too small. I think you should increase those, and add a Game logo on it, unless I'm missing it somewhere in the art. The image is technically not boxed either, try boxing it so it appears more natural.
it's not bad, but besides the logo issue I'd say the presentation is just nor working, since the package is blending somewhat into the background.
further you do cover the title with amaterasu. IMO it's okay to use just the japanese one without any english "sub-title", but don't cover it.
