I really like it. The only problem in my opinion is the template - Its so bright compared to the rest of the box that it looks wrong. In my opinion, you should either use a custom template, or change the hues and contrasts of the template, so that it fits more.
Love how this turned out. I tried to make a Skyrim box and this is exactly what I wanted the front to look like, but I couldn't figure out a way to pull it off.
Great job. There are a few things that I don't like though. One is how the spine is kinda messed up in the 3D, at the top of the box. Another is how the screenshots aren't the same size and the first two are a little too low into the legal info. Other than that, this is very nice.
I like the consistency between this and the Oblivion cover, it looks like something I'd expect to find when buying the game. A couple things:
The ESRB could be downscaled and moved upward, to fit within the border along the same line as the developer logos.
And this is just in my personal opinion, but the way you've presented the screenshots feels tacky and rushed. They looked crammed in, and the lack of blending or a border between the images (as well as differing dimensions), and the whole thing just looks off to me.
Here it is.

Sorry for double post, edit isn't working?
Anyway, the e, d, and o of the Elder Scrolls part of the logo on the cover are somehow incorrectly colored.

#8, Yeah, the middle is lighter than everything around them.
