I know it's not great. But there isn't much artwork released by Insomniac. But for those of you who don't know Sony released on PlayStation Home that Ratchet & Clank 4 is to be released summer 2011.

Well... There's two things to do when there's no artwork for a game. You either A) Don't make a box, or B) You create some artwork (Or let someone else do it for you.). As for this, it is only a picture slapped on a Playstation Platinum-template.
If I were you, I would've taken some renders of Ratchet and Clank or whoever/whatever you want to use, render the logo, and just try to arrange them to fit on a matching background. I don't know, maybe that's what you've done, but then it's a hell of a good work and a shame it's on Playstation Platinum. But I think it's just a picture, sorry.
Oh, btw, it's "Version", not "Versoin". :) Before some much more rude points it put. ;)

The back, while not bad, is pretty standard.
I would introduce a different font in order to spice things up
