#4, Hey, poppinsdebo meant paint.net but he doesn't understand the names of the programs quite well...
And for that Photoshop CS5 thingy, not everyone has money to buy such an expensive program, besides I have CS3 myself and I don't really see why he should buy a more expensiv version of it... GIMP and paint.net are also nice, if you want a relatively cheap but good program, you should buy Adobe Photoshop Elements. It has the basic-tools and filters of Photoshop.

they created the characters at CS2! It's the security photoshop and now it's CS3 turn to trust more, and I'm using CS3.. and Paint tool Sai Full version.
