This is what I think would be a cool expansion pack for Conviction.

Kestrel is framed and convicted of being a traitor by what is left of Third echelon, and is betrayed and hunted by Archer.

So Russia and America are trying to kill him.

No, It is Kestrel running from Archer and the other third echelon agents being hunted. The background is a wallpaper for Splinter cell conviction.
