You know, considering it's for the movie, I think it would've been really cool to have Michael Sera on the cover, with the rest of it as-is.
In fact, you could find someone in a similar pose and clothing and shop Michael Cera's head onto it.

4 - I considered it as an idea but decided against it fairly quickly. I really wanted to keep the box in the realm of the comics. I was originally going to take screencaps from the movie for the back and manipulate them enough to look as if they were from the black & white novel but decided against it.

#3 and 6, if its doing that, add it to link so Reed can fix it/remove it.
As for the box, i can't say i've every heard of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, but the art for it sure is great. The box all looks official and follows a nice composition. Nice work dude.
