First thing i would change is to not have the image of Vader cropped like that in the center of the composition. Second thing would be to have the words Star and Wars centered and not so pixelated. Third, that Lucasarts logo is the old one.

#3, cuz bungie makes halo and marathon. not star wars.
sorry, i just really dig authenticity.
but anyways, yeah, the picture needs to be not so obviously cropped, and you need a better SW logo.
but overall, i like the subtle-ness of the box. not everything has to be bright and shiny :)
