If you'd left out the cake you could've gotten away with a minimalist vibe. It pretty much ruins it.
It IS out of place. There's also a toilet in the game, but you wouldn't put it on the cover. The cake is a small, barely significant part of the game, and just because a bunch of retards thought it was hilarious and started making as many cake references as they could doesn't mean it belongs on the cover.
