Things to fix:
NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use Paint, only if you have skills which is far, far beyond this.
Please use Paint.NET and learn it. THEN, post in the forums under Work in Progress.

Allright, this SUCKS! But I'll tell you why. Ok, so it doesn't even say Shadow on the box. And the background is a horribly drawn picture, and the template is cut out horribly, same with Shadow and the ESRB rating.
Ratings:
Idea:2/5 (Shadow the Hedgehog Sucked, and wheres 2?)
Box:0.5/5 (Sorry, but it kinda hurts my eyes.)
OVERALL:0.75/5

So bad I almost don't want to comment, but the rules say I can't do that. Uh, dude, get a decent photo editing program like GIMP or Photoshop Portable, both of which are absolutely free and legal. Come on, anyone can see this took no effort.
