This is very much what I originally had in mind when I started planning my R/B boxes. A cover that emphasized the trainers as well as the monsters, instead of just the monsters. In the end it didn't turn out that way, but this is really nice conceptually.
Graphically, not so much. The images are pretty low quality, but I really appreciate your idea and design.
