#6, MS paint is ordinary paint, download gimp or paint.net these are like professional design prgrams like photoshop, but for free :)

If you wanna a good template, go to photobucket or download here in resources. The sonic pics must be PNG. You dont need to cut them out in PNG. Templates the same. Good luck.
