You should be better than this after 9 boxes. Please go download paint.net or GIMP and read up on some tutorials before making another box. You haven't made any progress at all.
Also post you box in the Critique/WIP section of the forums and see what others say before uploading.
9th box?! Sorry to say it, but this is terrible. It's just the front of a Gamecube template, with orange and black backgrounds, and nine characters, and a small logo. Don't use Paint!

9th? What program do you use? Don't use Paint, use Gimp, Paint.net, or if your lucky Photoshop ;)

#2, i dont think this was done on paint, just really badly done in GIMP, because the renders aren't choppy, just stretched.
