'Ello Governor!
I was THIS close to not finishing, but somehow I managed. Despite all the setbacks, despite all odds, photoshop freezing AND file corruption, I got this done. I regret the lack of a back or presentation, but this was all I could manage. Maybe after the round is over I'll update it, but please judge on the composition, rather than presentation.

I like it, but I'm kind of disappointed. I thought this was suppose to be your great return dude but it's not your best. It maybe because of your photoshop problems (trust me, I have a lot of those!). I like it, but it feels uncomplete. This is probably out of your hands though.
