Except for this grey border RoarShark already mentioned.
Something else, I really like it when the spine has art and actual logos, and not just a white/black background with an Arial-like font. The fact that most official boxes are like this, it doesn't mean that we should follow suit!

The text on the back is pretty hard to read against that background. Also the font you used on the back is too fancy. Try something also easier to read. Maybe add a tagline that's larger than the rest of the description text. Try to create some contrast in the box's presentation, cause right now it's all uniform and it makes it look bland.

You should've have used the naruto font on back, it can be found on Google. I have the font!
