So what better way to follow up Lunar: The Silver Star than with its sequel! And here it is, Lunar: Eternal Blue. Like my first submission, I tried to keep a circular theme for the front... unfortunately, the artwork available wasn't allowing me to do this, and so I came up with the idea to use Lucia's pendant for the front. Of course, I had to make this from scratch... I like the way it turned out.

The second issue was the logo. Again, because of my crazy need to work in high resolution, I couldn't find one large enough to make it work well. Also, I wanted to shine it up a bit too with some foil and whatnot. So, I took the biggest logo I could find and recreated it from scratch. I also like the way it turned out. In fact, the only thing not made from scratch on the front would be the SEGA logo itself.

I looked at my Dragon Warrior IV box for inspiration for the back and used the parchment design. And the rest fell into place from there.

It's simple, but I'm excited about how it turned out. I hope you all are too! Enjoy!

I think the Sega CD logo should be gold, I don't like the red.

I do love this design, though.

I think this didn't get the attention it deserves, so a quick bump.

#6: Since I've been on this site, I tend to stay away and discourage these types of comments... my belief being that if people are interested in the box, they will come and see it, comment, fav, etc...

However, I am actually shocked at the poor response to this box thus far, especially considering how well received the first game was. Then again, if the comments are like #5 which really have little value and say close to nothing, then it may be better off this way.

I could care less about faving something, but I do rather enjoy people's comments concerning the presentation, design, and quality of the boxes that I submit. If you like something, or don't like it at all, please tell me so AND (very important here) explain WHY so that, for something positive, I can continue to do those things in future boxes, and for something negative, I can improve.

It is unfortunate that boxes for different games like this get less interest than a Sonic or Halo box or whatever the hyped game of the moment is.

But I guess that's the reality of it... a little known game for an old system. Most people are going to skip over it for something they are familiar with.

For those of us who appreciate off-the-beaten-path stuff, though, all I can say is keep it going. And hopefully over time you'll inspire more and more of an audience to get involved.
