Okay so i was inspired to do this after making my banner. I am a horror nerd and this is one of my favorite movies of all time. I believe this turned out well, i worked on it all day. PLEASE COMMENT! FULCI FOREVER!
P.S. Anyone else a fan of this movie?

#2, Thanks for the fav. Can I get some feedback, anyone? Anything that needs changed or anything?

Perhaps a bit more grunge brushing.
The glow on the back text is unnecessary.
Love the tagline (:

I myself am a Fulci fan, so I'm quite pleased to see someone do a design for his most notorious zombie film. :)

I really like the back layout, though I agree with #4 about the glow effect. The front image is the most synonymous with the film, absolutely, but it might be a little top plain as it is. I've always liked the cover artwork they used for the Shriek Show 2 Disc edition of this film.

You should do one for "The Beyond", my personal favorite Fulci movie.

#5, You know i had actually considered doing one for the Beyond instead of this, but i figured it'd be too much of a long shot, I doubt that there would be more than just a couple people on the site who had even heard of the film, much less seen it. I'll see about changing the text on the back. As far as the front goes, I wanted to use the symbolic image from the film that is most recognizable among horror fans and present it in a simplistic way. I also like the art on the two disc (I own that one) but I wanted to do go simpler for this.

#7, Actually, Dawn of the Dead ('78) was re-cut by Dario Argento and released in Italy as "Zombi". This film was the unofficial sequel to that, released as "Zombi 2" in Italy, and "Zombie" here. But DEFINITELY get a copy of this movie. It is the best zombie flick out there for sure.

#7 That may be as well. Are you referring to the original Dawn, or the '04 Zack Snyder crapfest?

I'll take your word on it, very well could have been. But definitely do yourself a favor and get ahold of this movie.

#8 You know your stuff! And I agree about getting ahold of this movie.
The zombie vs. shark scene is one of the greatest "WTF" scenes in zombie cinema.

Though Fulci, like many of the Italian horror maestros seemed to base there films off whatever was popular in the genre at the moment, I always appreciated Fulci's supernatural take on the zombie phenomenon. Voodoo, doorways to hell, AWESOME stuff.

Oh, I have decided to fav out of respect to another Fulci fan, and because the text on the back looks really sharp now. Nice design.

#9, Thanks a lot man. And I yeah I know a lot of useless information about horror flicks haha. Grindhouse Releasing (the company that recently released The Beyond and House by the Cemetery on DVD) just put out an obscure Fulci title called Cat In the Brain on DVD, I've been meaning to check it out. Have you seen that one? I've heard its really bizarre, even for Fulci.

By the way I have decided I am going to make a box for the Beyond, as per your request. I will start it after I finish my current project.

P.S. You forgot to actually fave.
