Hmm seeing as it's your first,nintendo logo is too big,use forums for your logos and templates,don't paste random pictures and don't use paint get Paint.Net or GIMP.Use planetrenders.net or other rendered picture websites.

Boring stretched cut off renders on a white background on a template that doesn't make sense and don't try and make the pegi logo yourself.

Lol. I love the hand-drawn PEGI rating and giant Nintendo logo. Anywho, get Gimp, Photoshop, or Paint.Net and read some tutorials, that should help.
