Awesome first!! It's Hof, no doubt! I really like this because of the back bu you should have sharpened it a little more but it's still great.. +fav!

Incredible work. Sleek, clean and professional.
We've seen the Mirror's Edge renders quite a few times around here, but you managed to work them into something pretty unique.
Nice template and presentation as well.

Who are you really? i've seen that exact assortment of "Take a leap of faith" before, the exactly like it is. can't find it though. I like it, but im kinda tired of seeing ME boxes to be honest and everyone's unoriginality when it comes to the tagline.

Who am I really, don't know? You tell me. The layout is fairly simple. I'm sure most designers thought of slanting their pictures and text while making a ME cover because it gives the cover a look of "speed" so to speak. You have probably just seen a lot of custom covers of Mirror's Edge with a similar layout.
When I put the tag-line on the back I was pretty sure that I wasn't the first one to think of it. The tag line is fairly cliche and quite easy to think up since the main characters name is Faith. I knew the tag line wasn't original when I put it on there. I just didn't feel like thinking something cleaver up.

#22, You are right about everything you've said. On my Mirror's Edge box I'm making, I actually "copied" you if you will with the whited out characters on the front. And as far as I know, many people have done that before, so basically, gathering a bunch of different styles and adding your own twists to them is what boxes are all about. Unless of course, you're making a completely original art. In any case, congrats on the HoF. Some of us actually have to wait for a Hall of Fame. :P

amazing, just the red spine makes it look like a greatest hits game, but that doesn't even compare the awesomeness of this box, i was working on a mirror's edge box but i think i will stop now XD

Great box man, alot more original than mine, and execute3d well, not always the easiest of things. I agree about the tag line, its so good anyway, and that shouldn't be the focus for an amazing box. I'm assuming you're not new to graphics, but new to the site? Thats like me too, but its good to have people not expecting something good then pulling out a great calibre box like this. Top-notch effort :)

Beautiful composition, use of typography, and just overall flare. SO MUCH better than the official box. Not sure what kept me from seeing this before, but I love it. I'd rather print this off for my copy than continue using the normal one.
