#2 the official nintendo seal is on every game, regardless of the maker. it is just there to assure you that nintendo approved this game and that it isn't gonna screw up your system.

The background of the box is a little plain, maybe a sky background (the yellow color is fine, though) to show that they are flying through the sky, maybe a sky like how Sunset Hill Zone looks like. I've fav it regardless.

this is good, but dont do the official Nintendo seal on a sega game.
