#3, Nope, no reason whatsoever. I downloaded it and it works fine, not as good as Photoshop, but what out there is?

here are tips:
1.Buy your own PC
2.Do it secretly
3.Be better in Paint
4.Buy Photoshop (because in products that you must buy cant be a virus)

Okay i think that was it what you can do
But when you follow 2 or four you dont need an own pc or must be better in paint because photoshop is not expencivier then a pc :P
