I'm sorry, this isn't all that good. A plain white background and you have way too many images overlapping. Obviously you have plenty of renders, just put it together better. Especially in regards to Luigi (or whatever it is that he calls himself like that) and the faded out Bowser. Also, for the DS part of the title, I would make that in the Mario Font so it fits in better. You can find it pretty easy if you search Mario Font Download on the search engine of your choice.

This wasn't too bad, except for the blank space behind Mario, princess peach's head is cut off, and Luigi's face is blocked. Luigi can move up behind Mario, and that wouldn't look too bad.

I do like how you made mario look like he's zooming into the air with the after image thingy. Not the best box ever, but certainly the one that shows you have potential.
