It's a free image program similar to PhotoShop that should really help.
Oh, and aside from the choppiness, you have an ESRB rating on the front and PEGI ratings on the back.

For something designed in paint, it's pretty darn good.
Save for the mentioned choppiness issues and mix matched dev symbols, I'd recommend just spicing up the back a bit when you get your Gimp program up and running. the front has a good distinctive look to it.
