it's a bit overloaded, and you have 3D and 2D renders of characters. Try to stick to one type of drawing. I think I even see two versions of Lucario in there.

i dont understand these new fangled poke-ee-mans. i remember the good old days when i was eight. ad pikachu was there haha. i'll have to agree with #2 though. stick to one type of render. also, add a dev logo and esrb rating
