At first glance I was blown away, partly because of the nostalgia, and partly because of the good looking box, unfortunately I wanted to see what was done on your part (As opposed to just copying/pasting a picture on a template) and what I discovered was a glaring flaw.
You horizontally flipped the image, except for the paper border, and you left the flame from Uncle Scrooge's torch on the paper as if it were in its original position.
