Welcome to the Photoshop side Bob, good to have you. ;) If you could sort the ESRB rating out and the make sure the Mass Effect logo was smother, this would look really official, nice work Bob.

#1, i didn't know you used gimp, im new to gimp so i have one question, how do i switch between layers?

#3, you go to Dialog -> Layers. Then just pick which ;ayer you want. Or you can use the Page Up & Page Down keys.
