Not really fond of the Xbox template you've used. As for the back, you are getting the idea of what needs to go on, with multiple screenshots and game summary. Try adding a heading or tagline.
Using the character wallpaper as a background makes the text and screenshots hard to see. I'd try something more simple.
Or use holding devices for the text and or screenshots. By holding device I mean something the text or whatever would sit on to make the text more contrasting. Check out these of mine which use holding devices. link

@goldfishtiger again check link this uses holding devices for the text. So the holding device are the "scratches" in the back cover instead of it being sat in the sky on the background. The other cases in my previous comment use sorta boxes for holding devices.
The tag line on the Catwoman case again is the bit at the top that says "kitty can scratch"

@goldfishtiger No I wouldn't, but I work in design, with it around me 24-7 so everything has to be very neat.
That's one of the reasons I haven't posted in a while, because I'm not happy with my work. I mean at the end of the day, you have to be happy with your own work, so if your happy, thats all that matters.
I will say this, just look back at your first case. You can see improvements already, so keep going. Everything takes time.
